Promotional poster design for a Russian private school in Nice, France

Brief: Design a promotional poster targeting Russian-speaking parents who have recently arrived in Nice. The poster should come in two versions: an A3 size for print and a square version for web. Maintain consistency with the style of the previously created poster and feature an image of a joyful girl.

Final poster version for print

The decision to select a design from pikisuperstar (Freepik) as the basis for the project was made due to the previous poster being created using assets from the same artist again. The boy was replaced with a girl from another asset again by pikisuperstar.

The girl was modified by adjusting the colors and flattening the image to match the main poster art style. The choice of an azure color was made to associate with the sea color in Nice, while the pale orange hue was inspired by the name of the school, 'Sunny'.

A different book from Freepik was incorporated into the composition, along with a theatrical mask (by sentavio / Freepik) to represent the school theater. The girl's t-shirt now features the school logo, and the client requested a redraw of the girl's nose.

Russian letters were included in the background to emphasize that the school offers Russian language courses. More adjustments were carried out to ensure all essential promotional text was properly allocated (including changing the dark purple background shape, clouds, and other background objects and dots).
